Pink Out Event

Friday, Oct. 27th, there will be a school-wide Pink Out Event for $5 to raise money for Breast Cancer awareness.

 

 

Homecoming Dance Tickets

The Homecoming Dance has been rescheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28th.  Tickets will be on sale during lunch.   If there is a problem, please bring your ticket to Mrs Stockton.

Volunteers Needed for Homecoming Dance

 UPCOMING JOINT HONORS INDUCTION CEREMONY

The final list for the upcoming Joint Honors Induction Ceremony is currently posted INSIDE the cafeteria on the high school side.  The list will be posted from Monday, October 23 through Wednesday, October 25.  No changes will be made after October 25.  

 

Students and/or parents may view the list and verify that they are being inducted into the correct clubs and that spelling is correct.  Any concerns should be emailed to the appropriate club sponsor for review and revision.  The club sponsors and emails are listed below for your convenience.  This is not an invitation to join or apply to a particular club, but to verify our list of inductees who have followed the application process, paid dues, and are awaiting induction.

Teacher Appreciation Lunch

This year there will be 3 teacher appreciation lunches which will feed faculty and staff from all 3 schools.  That’s 150 people!  The first appreciation lunch has been coordinated by 4th and 5th grade room moms and is scheduled for October 27th.    In order to feed all 150 people we need help from parents from elementary, middle, and high school.  Please sign-up today to help with this special event for our hard working teachers and staff. 

 

HOW TO HELP:

WHAT TO DO IF SENDING CASH:

Please note on the Signup there are opportunities to contribute money to purchase some of the food.  Please send your money in a sealed envelope with your name, your child’s name, to the attention of PTSP Teacher Appreciation Luncheon and drop off at the elementary office.  Money should be sent in by October 25th

 

WHAT TO DO IF SENDING FOOD:

Please drop-off your food and nonperishable items at the ELEMENTARY cafeteria on October 27th starting at drop off but no later than 9:00 AM.  A room mom will be available starting at 7:00 to receive your item(s).  Please do not send in items any earlier than the 27th.  Also, consider using disposable serving containers.  If you are using your own dishes, please make sure they are labeled.  Dishes can be picked up in the teacher lounge at the end of the day.

Attention!!!! Change in Bus/Van drop off and pick up location for Oct. 25, 26, and 27 (Wed, Thurs, and Friday).

 

Due to the construction of the administration offices, the bus loop will be closed this Wednesday-Friday (October 25-27).

 

All buses and vans will unload and load in the ELEMENTARY LOOP rather than in the front by the administration building.

 

The morning unloading will be approximately between the times of 6:45 am and 7:15 am.

 

The afternoon loading times will be approximately between 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm.

 

If you normally drop your child off or pick your child up in the elementary loop, please be aware of this change and be extra patient and watchful.
