Military Appreciation Night/ Orientation/Open House
We are inviting all of our Navy and Tyndall military families to our first orientation of the year- We are not only inviting our NBH military families but also any Tyndall or Navy family on the wait list. We will meet in the media center at for a brief power point presentation followed by a tour of the campus. Our MFLAC's (Military family life counselors) will be present to answer any question you may have. Hope to see you then.
*Orientation for 9th Grade & New Students /Technology Orientation (Mandatory)
Orientation will be (start in the gym). The meeting will be followed by campus/classroom visits (parents must print or access your child's schedule in FOCUS. They will not given out at orientation).
NBH Maritime Academy Orientation/ Open House
For those of you attending the NBH Maritime Academy satellite campus in downtown Panama City, or you are still interested in signing up for one Sea Cadets, Water Recreation/PE, Environmental Science, and Marine 1 or Marine 2, we will be having an open house 200 E. Summer work has been posted on our websites since May. Please make sure your child is getting this done so they start school ready on . HS students will either receive a grade or extra credit (depending on the HS course).

As stated above, we will not collect copy paper and supply fees on the first day of school. The additional drop off date will be Monday, August 13th, 7:00 am -8:00 am in the media center. After this date, paper drop off and supply fee payments can be made in the front office. The entire supply fee payment should be made on your selected drop off date. High school students who participate in the early drop off will have their names entered into a drawing for a $50.00 Spirit wear voucher.
Juniors and seniors, if you have not yet purchased your parking decal you will not be allowed to park on campus. Please stop into the office and take care of this before the first day of school.
As we get near the start of school year, please make sure you have read the student handbook clearly and have a good understanding of what is allowable and not. If you are out of dress code you will have to call home and get a change of clothes. The first day of school is a spirit day (). Every and are spirit days in high school. You may wear a school approved t-shirt, sweatshirt, pullover. One point of emphasis this year is that shorts must be 5 inches above the knee, and, denim skirts are not allowed! Another point of emphasis will be holes in jeans- which are not allowed (whether patched or not). Please be ready.
